This little gem is quick and easy to make and taste pretty darn good. Here is what I needed to get this plated.
(1) – 4 Oz Angus Filet (sliced thinly)
(1) – Cabbage Leaf washed (I put mine in the microwave for 20 seconds to soften)
Cook the steak either in a broiler or the grill, slice the steak after cooking it to your preferred temp. I put a few sweet peppers and a dash of BBQ sauce on it for good measure.
