Friday Fill-Up The Goal Convo!

This episode covers goal setting quickly. Setting mini goals can help build momentum towards larger goals. You can see an example of the wellness wheel referenced at the end of this post. Goals are NOT just for work or professional, set them in your personal life as well!

  1. Set goals that:
    1. Stretch you outside of your comfort zone
    2. allow quick momentum (mini goals)
    3. Align to your values
    4. Deposit into your wellness bank account
    5. Need additional support (classes, spouse/partner/coworker support, etc.)
